Print Files and Artwork Guidelines

Format: All files must be sent with CMYK-colour settings; we cannot take any responsibility for issues arising if RGB files are submitted. Files supplied as RGB will automatically be converted to CMYK on the print-press. The process of conversion always changes the colours used � sometimes slightly, sometimes significantly.
Use the following formats only: JPEG, PDF (ideally PDF). 300dpi resolution. All text, logos, and important artwork must stay away from all edges by a minimum of 5mm to avoid being cut off. PDF's and jpeg's MUST be flattened before upload, with all fonts embedded, to ensure the files print as seen on your screen.
File transfer: Send your files to sales@easyprint.org.uk. Due to the volume of orders, please send files that have been clearly designated to an order (Order number in Subject line of email). Should there be a problem with the file(s), we will contact you. For any advice please contact the Team and we'd be more than happy to help. If you would like us to check your designs before you order, please feel free to email them to us, with a note asking us to check the files.
Design Service: If you require our Team of designers to create your design from scratch, please contact us in advance to ordering, for a quote. Our Design Team will send you a quote depending on the complexity of the job, as well as the print type you�re after (i.e. business cards, posters etc).
